Tiled · Microapp planner
Stage 1 of 5 · Plan
Five short steps, about 15 minutes. Your answers save in this browser as you type. You’re ready to design when your page map fits on one sheet of paper.
Step 1 of 5
Decide what the microapp is for, and how you’ll know it worked.
Step 2 of 5
List your pages and pick where each one leads, as you would for a website. The first page is where people land.
Pro tip
Each page becomes a frame in your design file. Name pages with letters and numbers only, so the frame names sync cleanly later.
Step 3 of 5
Know how it’ll reach people before you size a single frame.
Heads up
Viewed offline? Lottie files need an internet connection. Use a GIF instead.
Pro tip
Keep anything that changes per person out of your background frames. Leave space for it as live text or image areas you add in the Builder.
Step 4 of 5
Gather images, video, and brand files in one place before the build starts. Give every asset an owner.
Keep files light
Aim for under 300 MB for the whole microapp, under 10 MB per video, and under 50 MB for all video combined.
Step 5 of 5
Your page map draws itself from step 2. Fix anything flagged, then save or share the plan.

Next: Stage 2 · Design
Create a frame for each page at your adaptive format size, one design file for the whole microapp.
